I like Kayak.com, they search numerous travel and most of the airline websites and list the best prices and the airlines that fly the route. Also try Southwest Airlines who often have very good advance purchase prices. http://www.kayak.com/flights

You can check out http://www.kayak.com or http://www.orbitz.com. Many of these websites are pretty similar. http://www.southwest.com is good because the first 2 checked bags fly free.
