Need flight manifests

Need flight manifests? i have to find proof that a person was on a flight 2 years ago to New Orleans and i need the manifests from every airline. can anyone help me?? The airlines are required to protect the privacy of the passengers on board. If you had a husband/wife traveling and you called reservations to see if they were on the flight they would not be able to give you that info. Sorry. 2 : Jerry is correct. Also the airlines only retain the information for 90 days.
