Buy tickets on WEDS , it is the cheapest day of the week for flight pricing. Try Expedia.com or Orbitz.com, they hunt for the best pricing and have reviews on hotels that they bundle. I've had no problems with either of those services. Or try a local travel agent, they may be able to give you group discounts based on the quantity of people you have. A hotel would likely do the same

Maybe can get a special rate for a group booking.
