If you show that you are responsible enough to take care of your younger siblings, then yes. But you might to consider that New Orleans is dangerous and you have to have more vigilance when caring for your siblings.

I think you are old enough. ONLY if you family will be there waiting for you when you get off the plane. For the plane trip itself, the flight attendants will be there for you also.

yes you can take them if you think you can handle it.

You need to call Southwest and ask if their policy allows someone age 16 to be responsible for other children. If the answer is no, the other children (maybe only the 5 y/o) will have to go as "unaccompanied minors". There is a small fee for the UM program. Even if Southwest says you can supervise the other children (don't have to use the UM program) you can still ask for help at check-in and with getting your group from one flight to the next. However, you have to ask for that in advance (call them). Hope you have a nice trip!

If your responsible enough. Im sick of people saying New Orleans is dangerous. Im from New Orleans and nothing ever happened to me. Now there are certain parts that are dangerous, but that's in every city. So get a grip people. And the New Orleans airport is not even in New Orleans, it's outside New Orleans in Kenner. You will be fine, just keep a good eye on them.

You are old enough to chaperone the kids to fly to New Orleans. Whether you are ready to undertake the responsiblity is up to you and your family. There is no additional fee. Arrange a flight that does not require you to change planes. Make sure your aunt has all the details and arrives on time to pick you up. New Orleans is not a city where you should be roaming around alone at your age, especially with small kids in tow. Travel safe.

If your aunt is going to pick you up at the New Orleans airport, you should be fine. I think you ought to be able to get your sister and nephew through the flight as long as you don't let them out of your sight (especially the little one).

You need to contact Southwest Airlines *in advance* and ask about their policy and age limits re: unaccompanied minors, as someone already stated. You do need to do this in advance of your trip, tho. I'm thinking the airlines are gonna consider all three of you "unaccompanied minors", and may make arrangements for an additional flight attendant to assist the three of you with your plane change and other needs.

All will need to be ticketed passengers at those ages. I believe a parent could accompany you to the gate since you are all minors. Then your aunt can meet you outside the security area when you land.
