I don't think you can find a non stop flight from SFO to MSY, you can usually only fly non stop if your flying from an air carriers hub or into an air carriers hub, I don't think SFO is a hub for any airlines, if you find out SFO is a hub for an airline, check with that airline, it would be your best bet.
